The insomnia lasts for a decent amount of time. I'm at 104 days and I still can't sleep for anything however this is just my experience. You are just starting out so unfortunately you'll have to deal with this for a while ( hopefully not as long as me). Just focus on the fact that you are doing a wonderful thing for your baby and yourself...you have made a very commendable decision. Just stay on the right path and you will start feeling better...you just have to give it time. Good luck and congrats on your little one!!

Clonadine was simply a gift from god to me during wds. Just hoping I can help and you get thru this, Good luck

Ugh! I had the hardest darn time with sleep and feel tremendously grateful for ANY sleep I can get...still. Def ask your doctor about some help or even your pharmacist....and let them know you have some "issues" with anything habit forming. All the best to a healthy pregnancy and getting lots of sleep!
