60 days?
Feels like a lifetime ago that I first posted on here! Stuns me how 2 months can feel this long! A friend on here told me that the people in his life expected him to get over "this" and move on! I think he was maybe a month in! Well no one is rolling out any red carpets for me either! For me 60 days without percs is huge! I know that life goes on.... So I need to say thank-you to all the wonderful supportive people on this site because without I don't think I would have made it this far!

Pat yourself on the back again and again! 60 days is wonderful and I hope you come back here in 30 more for another pat from us! Keep it up! You are right no one that has battled this really understands. It is not quite the same thing, but I remember my best friend's husband calling me once when his back went out and he was really hurting. He said I never understood what you were going thru until it happened to me! I was sorry he was hurting, but it still made me smile. Just know we are rooting for you!!!
I love what u said about opiates losing power every day!!! Excellent! Mostly it's true and someday that willbe 100%! Stay in touch, k! I hope we can help each other too!

Better believe I'm holding on =) every day that I stay clean is another day they lose a little more of their power over me. This is my first try at being clean of opiates, & when something cracks my head open like those little pills did, well, I stay away. Don't want my head cracked open again LOL
Awesome job on your clean time =) 60 days is something to be very proud of <3 you were so right in thanking all the wonderful people on this site, but Christina, thank yourself also!!! YOU DID THIS!!! Yes, people here support you but we can't keep you clean, only.you can & what's more, you did it!!! Congratulations sister! You're a survivor. Remember the hard times you went thru to get to this precious 60 day mark. Roll out the red carpet for your darn self! You deserve it =)
