Mr. Lucky is right on the money. You have to detox with a specialist. Make sure its an addiction specialist. Don't just stop it will be very dangerous. That combination is dangerous in itself. I wish you all the best with treatment. You can do it. Stay focused.

you need to get detox treatment from a specailist. It's more complicated because of the valium. You would probably have to do the opiates first then tackle the valium. You should see an out patient specialist, not just a sub doc who took a weekend course. all the best
