beed reading the forums here and been getting alot of hope,man this crazy.my body feels its in pain from head to toe,having chills,the stomach hurting wont go away.my head is swimming with my ears ringing,im getting close to the end of day 3,i still cant sleep my legs feel so restless,i take a pm at nite to help with rest but i think i just pass out from being so tired please day 4 get here.is there any kind of relief,im sitting here watching tv and i just break crying.help.

thank you so much lesa, i was crying just reading what you sent.i have been taking 2 hot baths a day and pounding the water just the hopes of it go away quicker and i know im going to do this im a fighter.i have 2 disk in my back that went 3 years ago if i would have known then what i no know now about these awful pills well you live and learn.i thank you so much for your support..ed

Welcome to the forum.. Good on you Day 3 !! You are almost over the worst part.. Have you been taking Hot Baths/showers also walking is a tremendous help with the pain and emotions You will have to force yourself but between these 2 things they help a lot.. also drink a lot of water.. try to eat a lil ok. the emotions are very normal.. just let the tears flow.  opiates rob us of feeling much. you had been taking them a long time.. force yourself outside and just breath. this is also a great stress reducer.. You will begin to feel better very soon now.. You can do this.. getting our Freedom back is worth the week getting off it physically.. the clarity we get emotionally and in our thinking is worth the mental battle that hangs on for a lil.. keep your eye on the goal and congrats on your decision.. lesa
