Gravol Addiction

Ive taken gravol for almost a year on and off , the last 3 months i have been taking a large amount. I have taken 70 pills in the last 12 days. I realized i had an issue , and just didnt know how bad the withdrawls etc would be. i havent taken any gravol for 2 days now and plan to quit. I feel like absolute garbage right now. I cant eat , i can sleep , but all i want to do is sleep. which is very hard considering i have 2 children and work full time. I had to leave work early today due to my withdrawls. I am very sick and i am just wondering if anyone has any tips or advice about gravol addictions. i just want to get over this and i do plan to stick with not taking it. with christmas just a few days away i dont want to have to feel like garbage the whole holiday.

i am feeling 1000 percent better !! just like any addicting drug its so hard at first and then when your finally clean you always ask your self why you didnt do it before ... i am also a recovering cocaine , and acetemetophine with codine addict aswell and i have never felt so good in my life i have been off the gravol for almost a month and even though i have had urges i feel so much stronger

i have good news ... today is only my 3rd day of not taking any gravol and i am starting to feel so much better. what a stupid drug to be addicted to ... unfortunately people do stupid things sometimes its just there choice to make them selves better ..

Asha- It would be best if you contact your doctor to get some help with this. It can be tough for some people to stop Gravol and you got yourself up to a fairly high dose.

Try tapering the med so you feel a little better and be sure to get some guidance from an addiction cousellor!

I Wish I could help but have never heard of gravol so I have no idea what type of drug it is.Im bumping this to the top so it doesnt get lost
