If you are trying to detox, I am on day 9. Some say they worst is day 3, but each day I still have some w/d symptoms. Now, they just kinda come and go. You will feel better, just give yourself 3 days to just be able to rest in bed. Take lots of baths. There are a lot of people here that are very knowledgable with more time than me that can give you more suggestions and info. I am starting to laugh again and be present in my life, instead of just worry about the pill. They kinda numb you out to the world, not in a good way. Good luck, it can be done.
