I have been trying to quit norco for 10 months, I would get a refill of a 100 10/325 and would last about 10 to 13 days then go into withdraws till my doc refilled for 3 to 6 days. I am so sick of this, so I finally told my doc do not refill anymore and explained what I was doing, So I am on my second day or 3 hours into my second day.I have the runs took somthing for it I drink energy drinks, feel lousy of course. but I have been through the withdraws before so may times but for 3 to 6 days only, on the 3rd day it gets better. I feel free and better this time because I am not worried about getting a refill.......just staying off them.

Thanks

Good for you. Keep it up and post away here if you need support. It will take a few days of feeling lousy, but after that it will get better and better. You will have your life back.

good for you!  Im not a doctor or anything close to that, but I would ask that you lay off some of the energy drinks for awhile.  They are full of sugar and don't really give you energy.  Try some b-12 vitamins, any Bvitamins are good good for you.  I used to do the energy drinks too, and while they taste good they are just depleting your energy really.  I asked my doctor about this, this is what he told me.  If you really need them, he told me to buy those "shots" of energy, they are not as much sugar and they are better for you.  Good for you to quit pills!  I hope you are feeling better soon!  Keep posting okay?  Good luck to you. :)
