Day 8 (Hydro Addict C/T) UPDATE

Just to let everyone know Day 8 down baby! One day at a time, but I turned those pills down again, 2nd time in 8 days. That meant the world to me, Like I do control, but know it's in the attitude I approach it with. Phys signs are light at worse. Sleep, better. Just not where it needs to be just yet, normal I guess :) I have a stagger in my step and look forward to day 9. Bring it! Those just starting out - Proof right here. I was taking 20 10/500 Hydros a day for years. We can all do it with friends, here and I am living proof it does and will get better. It was worth the pain of W/D to feel as I do today.

u r hanging tight...i hope u r doing some mental work/like afterare...8 days is great but this wd stuff can drag out a few more months mentally..just be sure u have a plan...and keep moving forward

Hey Reality - You are doing it!  Proud of you man.  You should be pretty much over the physical part by now and now the healing of the brain begins.  I was on the same amount of hydro that you were - amazing that the body can handle that for such a long time.  I am a little worried, have not heard from Matt in over 24 hours, I hope he is going OK.  Looks like Nessa is doing well - congrats to both of you.

46 DAYS CLEAN here and SOOOOO thankful for my sobriety... because EVERYDAY that I DON'T USE IS A BETTER DAY THEN WHEN I DID!

I'm really proud with all your progress and glad to hear that you turned down pills yet another time just in a mere eight days. I know how proud I felt when I turned down the pills a few days ago when I was in an accident that totalled both cars -- we have to stay strong, and that's what it sounds like you're doing right about now! Keep us posted and keep posting here to let us know how all is going for you!
