Yesterday was my first day of actually feel pretty good, good enough to get my Christmas stuff put away finally...lol started classes back up and I was exhausted all week but it was great to get out and be doing something. I started ginsing and that is helping me with energy, I still have a lil hit of mental fog but its so lil I really dont notice it as much any more.no craving for pills, I still get the chills and see to be cold all the time, hut its sooo cold here too :(( but what a journey, the hubby is doing good too. :)) hang in there for thoes of you starting, this is and was the most hardest thing I have endured, to feel like crap for almost 3 Weeks has been tough. My firbro is kicking my butt and my back pain but hot showers, Tylenol and ibuprofen has helped. It has been challeging to have pain issues and getting off the pills, I am praying I can find something that is not addictive to help.
