Hey good job on 26 days, I'm at 39, and I defiantly have bad days as well, had a bad week last week, sneezing, runny nose, tired, never know what the the next day will bring, google post acute withdrawal symptoms and read, says it could take up to 2 years before your brain is normal again. Good luck and stay strong.

There will be good days and bad. We can get thru anything as long as we are clean.
Congrats on 26 days~~~
Thanks so much! Ive found when i know what's going on and I can put my mind at ease it changes everything. I just can't get discouraged and need to stop believing that today is the rest of my life cause it isn't! Some days I'll feel great and others will suck! Thanks again for the support! Stay strong!
I am at 94 days and still have withdrawl symptoms every so often.
Hang in there and congrats on nearly a month of clean time!
no it just not in your head 3yrs.......it could come and for up to 60-90 days if it's only every now and then small price to pay to be pill free !!!! and congrats on 26 days
Hey there - yeah I think its normal, about 72 days in (earlier last week) I got cravings and the creepy crawlies out of the blue. Don't know if there is a physiological reason for it or if it is just my brain trying to get me - either way this can pop up at any time, especially in the early days. It has let up quite a bit but I struggled for several days. Just stay strong and hopefully it will pass.
