dealing with what i did last night

Well after just 2.days off coke. I had some last night. Which i chased and chased and chased. Could not enjoy. Feel terrible now. My stomach has the worse butterflies. If i can keep this feeling i don't wanna use.

Hiya. Never touched a drug then me and husband broke up for a bit and i got in touch with old friends. Friends who i grew up with and knew my mum who died from alcohol.(reason i never touched drugs or drink).
Anyway it was offered and i took. But could always take or leave it. Then stopped contact and stayed clean for 3 years. Met her again 6 months ago and used. Got her friends number and heyho  i have a number to call and get what i want. I never had someone i could get from myself so now i can. But Im to blame i should of stayed in controlling.
Sorry for going on. Really wanna get something today. Im taking every min by min.

Hey there...hang in there&stay strong. You made it 2 days...you can do it again. What triggered you to use? Coke is really tough mentally to kick...that was my main d.o.c.I've been clean now for about 1 year-you can do this. Keep busy;post when you feel like using. Have you considered going to NA/CA meetings? They really do help...here to listen/talk...
