did I ruin my taper?

I've been on 120mg of hydrocodone for a year now, and about 10days ago I tapered to 20mg a day.
today i slipped and took 50mg instead of going down on my taper (i took it due to pain) and I am hoping I wont have to w/d all over again when tomorrow i begin the 15mg.  questions is, will I feel WD if i do taper to 15mg, and if so, is it better to just cold turkey from here?  will i feel bad with nothing since i've tapered for a while now? (it feels like a long time!)
if i should keep tapering, what schedule would you suggest?

if you got CT you will probably feel some discomfort. although i dont think it would be too bad since its such a low amount. if youd like to continue your taper i suggest continuing from the 15mg. 1 day of taking 50mg wont affect ur taper

When I was taking hydro for two weeks after quitting Tramadol, I had a day when I took 20, rather than the 10-ish I had been used to. I found it easy to go back to the 10 and then quit. BUT during this time I was primarily in wds from the Tramadol and the hydro was only dulling the wds. So I'm not sure my experience is relevant. I did not feel the need to taper down from an up day, though, I just kept it low after that and proceeded. Good luck on your taper and jumping off!

Hi and welcome! We aren't allowed to give specific taper advise here.

I didn't taper, but someone who did will be along shortly to tell you their experience!

It's kinda slow on weekends.
