The methadone you took is slowing down the withdrawal. You will be feeling it by monday, but not severe. Half the last methadone dose will still be in your blood after 60 hrs. That's about how long it will be by monday morning. If you want to speed up the detox, a sauna might help flush some of the methadone and the other opiates you where on before. Drink lots of water and soak in hot baths, to relax and flush the methadone. It's kind of a waiting game, every body is different.

I'm not sure because I don't know what you were taking and for how long. When I was using, Id be sick when I woke up (detoxing) until I got high. It was a daily thing. I couldn't go to 10am without really getting sick. So, if you have been using for a while, Id imagine you would feel something already. Again, if you have been taking opiates for a while, then yes, Monday you should be in withdrawal. IMO

What and how much is very relevant to your question. Hope this helped.

Don't know what you were on or how long. This link may answer some of your questions though.

"34 hours no opiates what to expect?"

Here's some textbook stuff for you:

"Within four to six hours after your last dose of your opiate painkiller, you will experience the onset of opiate withdrawal symptoms. It may begin with a headache, runny nose and nausea the first day and increase in intensity over the next 48 hours. You will likely develop a fever, severe depression, a general weakness and lack of energy, and be unable to sleep despite excessive yawning. Stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting are also common as is excessive sweating, muscle pain and twitching, irregular heartbeat and high blood pressure."

Lets see, when I kicked...on the 34th hour I was really cold...couldn't get warm no matter what. I got real achy....started with the sweats. Couldn't sleep...first few days were the worst but it gets better.

Good job on the 34 hours! Keep it up!
