Hi there! Please hang in there and try to have patience. It takes time for us to heal our bodies and minds. 15 years of use is a very long time. I know we all expect to feel 100% right now. Please try to have realistic expectations. Are you doing anything for after care? NA meetings, addiction counseling? Those might really help you a lot. Also, diet and exercise can help speed up healing and get your brain chemistry going good again. At least 30-45 minutes of exercise a day. Lots of lean proteins, fruits, and veggies. Try to stay away from fatty, processed, and sugary foods. Please stick around and keep posting for support. You are doing great, it just takes time. Congrats on your 3 weeks clean! That is something to be very proud of. Take care of yourself and try to keep your head up.
