good, now you just have to eat the stuff raw. while they have the vitamins in them still.
also the sam-e we are not suppose to take. switch it for l-methionine . it is an amino acid that enables our bodies to build s-ame.
if you want to really feel good and energizied, this would be a good diet.
meats- only chicken, eggs, fish, (not shrimp, lobster or any other bottom feeders. they will only make you feel sluggish)
as many raw FRESH vegs and fruits you can stand.
limit fats-use olive oil
cut out dairy
choose whole grain products
cut out sugars
drink lots of water
get lots of sleep and naps if you can as long as it doesn't interfere with night sleep
I have been taking vitamins, sam-e, and I love vegetables. They are really the only thing that sounds good to eat. I like steak and always have, but a plate full of broccoli, colliflour, carrots, beans...etc is what I crave the most since I quit.
well, what are you eating? is your diet decent? are you taking supplements or the amino acids that you need to repair all the brain damage?
you are not going to like this, but if you do it i will guarantee almost energy. first you will need a juicer. fresh veg and fruit.
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
like 1/2 of a beet or equal to a 1/4 cup (fresh beets) and throw in some of the greens from the beets
1 apple
run them all through the juicer and drink in the morning. you will find energy by late afternoon or evening. do this everyday for a week and you will feel like a new person.
the vitamins sure will help but it is from the food in its natural state that we are able to absorb and assimilate immediately.
if you want the car to run good, than put some good gas in it.
