2 weeks today! Thanks to everyone.

I finally had a pretty good day yesterday at day 13.  Took a long time this time. I went to my first aftercare therapy session yesterday. Meh. It was not much at all really. I know it was just the first visit but it was a lot of "are you going to hurt yourself or others and if not then sign here and here and here".  I hope the appointments get more productive because we did not talk about my addiction or ways to cope hardly at all. but I did go. And I'll go back next week. And I was clean which was a goal of mine. Maybe I will hit a n/a meeting or something. Not sure yet. Honestly the most productive thing for me so far has been coming on here and reading and reading. I hope everyone on here knows that they are a HUGE HELP. I just wanted to say keep up the good work on here you ALL do make a difference.
