feeling weary

So here I am day 3 and feeling really bad.  The worst thing for me is being so bone weary and complete lack of motivation.  Going up the stairs is a feat of strength.  I don't think it would be so bad if I could have a few days without the little ones around.  I love them to death but this withdrawal is kicking my butt and if I have to listen to them fight one more time I am going to lose it.  Thanks for listening to me blow off a little steam.  It helps.

kimbo is right.....you are almost over the hump and each day from here on out will see a little better.  Time will pass quicker and you will notice improvement quickly.  There are a couple of simple suppliments that will make detox a lot shorter.  Amino acids are great and can easily be consumed from a good quality pure protein suppliment, it is what body builders drink.  It is easy to get down, hydrates you, and is what your body needs to rebuild and the faster you rebuild the faster you will feel better.  I would drink two a day along with a good multivitamin heavy in the metals.  I sware by a combo of valarian root and melatonin for sleep.  It not only takes the edge off of sleeping but it is a very important antioxidant which you desperately need to get the toxins out of your body.  You can do this and you are almost over the worst part.  If you decide to take some of the suppliments do not forget fish oil!  Good luck and keep posting, one day at a time!
