Hi, Clean gave you some good advice. It's time to come to a decision, make a plan, and stick to it. Let us know how we can help.
You've been at this a long time.....asking very similar questions over and over since last summer. If you really and truly are sick and tired of this roller coaster, you need to be willing to cut your sources....and carve out a small window of time to take off work. If you've been at your bartending job for over 10 yrs....I'm sure if you formed a plan in advance and asked for a few days off combined with your normal days off...you could get thru the worst of it. Having continued access to narcotics, staying in contact with those same people and not having anyone to hold you accountable, along with no aftercare plan pretty much insures relapsing over and over for an addict. I think you said somewhere you've been an addict for 14 yrs....it's time to take a hard look at the quality of your life and decide if you are willing to make some much needed changes.
Let us know how you're doing and what you decide~
