36 hours clean - now what?

Day 2 detoxing from oxy's and darvocet - using Thomas Recipe - valium for sanity and sleep - hot shower and hot bath helps somewhat...  My brain is going in circles and feeling so low and slow that nothing goes in - music barely touches me like usual - no energy or patience for books - just writing this is a major effort... What can I do??  Is there anything else to try?

I want to thank everyone who has replied to me so far - every single one of you has been wonderful, helpful, kind, and giving... G-d willing, when I have strength again I'll try in your good spirit to help others too...

Thanks and Love,
Nefesh

I agree with kim... forcing yourself to move is the best thing.. I could not concentrate.. walking frees up the mind plus speeds up the healing process.. whoo hoo on day 2... lesa

As hard as it may be on day 2 the best thing to try and combat what you are feeling is exercise.Even just getting out of the house for a walk around the block helps so much.I know it's hard to get going but once you start it gets easier and afterwards you feel much better.

Congrats on day 2!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep posting..........Kim
