im on my third day of cold turky i had 20 vallium to help me stay calm but im still struggling i just wondered how long will it take before i start getting a decent nights sleep again as its the not sleeping that is driving me mad right now im sitting in the house struggling not to go out to score this is the hardest thing in the world my head feels like its going to burst

Exactly...i agree with 10356. Three days is an excellent acheivement...keep it up. If you go and score you are only prolonging the struggle. Dont throw away your 3 days. Please!

You definitely do not want to go out and score.. How much were you using a day and were you snorting.
