Hey Yall! Just wanted to stop in again. I believe the last time I posted I mentioned my ankle accident and being prescribed tylenol 3's. I still have about 20 of the 30 they gave me. I am saving them for my migraines. I did take 2 lortabs when my ankle was at its worst but havent taken any since. I am now trying to quit smoking and would like to get back in shape. ANyone know if there is a perfect number for sleep? I am getting about 8-9 a night but I am feeling lazy throughout the day. Working out just seems so impossible with this lack of energy. I dont believe its from the pill withdraw b/c its been over a month. Its more like laziness than lack of energy I guess you would say Do you think I should try 7 hours eahc night and see if that helps. Also I have muscle milk, multi vitamin and my adderol. Is there any other vitamins I could take to motivate me to work back out. Has anyone seen Jt or intothedarkagain?
