It been about 3 yrs., I got off the methadone, with alot of help from my doctor.  Now, I am addicted to vicodin, I had a bad problem along with sciatica and was prescribed 2 pills a day which by now is abou 8 a day, 5 4Xa day.  thought I would learn from being on that other crap but guess I didnt.  this is the first day that I have none at all.  I feel tired and feel like I cant really concetrate that good.  Guess my question is what a I in for and how long.  Is there anything I can help myself do to make me better.  Today is not so bad, its the rest of the week that I am dreading.  Please help me if you can.  thank you so much.  Coward

Which detox is that, is it drinking plenty of water and try to get around??  I am gonna try it today an will keep you posted.  I feel bad enough going through this again, still cant beelieve I did it.  Thanks so much for writing me, it all helps.

How is it going?  I think that you will find this detox to be easier. However, I hope that you have learned the lesson the last time. Unfortunately, a lot of us have been to the rodeo more than once. That said, everyone quitting for the first time please take note of all that you are going through and realize that your life will deteriorate each time you go back. Trust me. I think all that have relapsed will say NOT worth it!!!!

Drink plenty of fluids and get up and move around as much as you can.  How are you feeling today?

The first 5 days  are the worst . If you look down at the right hand corner you should see something called the amino acid protocol .It has some supplements to help with some of your symptoms. Epsom salts in hot baths . Post alot it will help. We are her to help...
