There are many suggestion to get off pills.  The ones listed above, a rehab if you can afford it, and some doctors offer help for opiate detox (just make sure you taper quickly off those meds from what I have read).  Going to a rehab is a great, great choice.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!! It depends on you. Are you able to be off work and be able to financially able to afford in-patient rehab? What are you taking? How much and for how long? A little more info please so we can help!! Methadone is a whole other thing.....there are also the tapering and cold turkey methods. First and foremost,you have to want to quit for good. In any case,we're here to support you!!
