She needs to tell her OB exactly what she is doing.  This can be very dangerous.  Please do the right thing, there is another life on the line here.          sara

Going through any kind of withdrawal is VERY stressfull on the fetus. She really needs to consult with her OB, and develop some kind of a taper plan.

She also needs to be honest about her use with her OB. They can and will help her if she comes clean now.  

I highly reccomend the consult of a doctor.
