Congrats from me too! I think taking the week off is a great idea. Just be prepared before you get there and stock up on the things you're going to need. Comfort food (healthy though) - plenty of juices, fruits/veggies, soup is good and yogurt too. Bananas will help with the RLS and hot showers or baths with epsom salts help your body detox and they're great for anxiety.
But most of all keep the great attitude you have right now about your choice. Attitude is everything and it will help to keep you focused. I'm happy for you!! Life off the pills - well there's no comparison. Even my worst days beat my "best" days on the pills. Weird, but true.
Hang in there - keep reading and posting. This place will provide a lot of support for you. A lot of great people here. :) (welcome!)

If you really WANT this you'll have it; just make your mind up and don't look back!
During the detox, be sure to stay hydrated and eat or drink protein shakes and other foods that are healthy for you (no junk!). Take vitamins and be sure to have magnesium and calcium for RLS. Hot baths will be your friend!
