how long does sub detox take i am down to 1mg a day for the last 3 days want to stop cold turkey because i feel like **** anyway.

YES suboxone is that powerful!!! i have been taking it for 2 years and have finally gotten the strength to get off the stuff because even though you dont get high it controls your life.....by just needing it.  I started an exercise program of jogging for 20 minutes a day working my way up to 40 minutes a day...then I started tapering down to .5mg a day and I am now 2 days clean the withdrawals suck real bad but its nothing to be scared of...three very important things to remember is it is what you make it STAY POSITIVE and constantly tell yourself you CAN do it, second exercise is very important it helps tremendously to lessen the symptoms from withdrawals, lastly have a support group or read testimony's of people that have been through it...the end result is so much more rewarding and definitely worth it...You can do it and you will get your life back drug free:) Good luck and remember your not alone:)

does someone know how long w/d last off this stuff.  I am a little uncomfortable now.

but that seems to pass and then the sub must kick in again.  I just did not think that this small dose would cause such a crappy feeling.  every morning i sneeze like crazy untill i take this less than 1mg.  is this stuff that powerful?

sounds like a good plan.  your probably will be a little uncomfortable but if thats it, and it's tolerable......it should not last long if your down that low.  Good luck.

So 3 days and you felt better?  I have taken 1/ 8mg pill and broken it up for 8 days and then i am going to go cold turk i hope.  or try to break it up smaller if that is possible.
i just do NOT want to relapse.  I have had no problem weening down off sub but i do not want to feel like **** for too long because so afraid of relapse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went from 2mgs (for about 5 days) to nothing (with my docs approval and guidance) because I just wanted to be done with the misery (overall, my 6 week sub. detox was great, but once it got down low, it was uncomfortable).  It took about 3 days for me to start feeling better every day - not so bad.

Can you go to 1/2 mg for a few days.  They say to get down to the smallest dose you can before jumping off.  I have even heard some taking 2 mg every other day, then 1 mg  etc.  
My doc wants me to stay on it , and i'm not sure if i want to .

no, i felt alright on it but now i am on 1 mg and the small w/d are starting.
i have been on it for about a month, i weened myself because my dr, wanted to keep me on it.

I'm not sure how long, sorry.  How long have you been on the sub ?  Have you felt bad the whole time on it ?   I'm asking because I just started it recentley.
