Hi Dippindan - --- I love your honesty and your concern for your health - ---- I will share with you my opinion that you will not stay at the dose you are on - -- you will either increase or decrease - you will go one way or the other.  Opiates are so enticing that they give you the energy - stamina - self confidence - and all of the other (artificial) things you think you need to function.   The problem is that it is a lie - - they lie to you and most of us began taking more, not less until we admitted that we too were hooked.   The people who post on this site are the strong ones who admitted the problem and either got help or are still seeking it.   I love to read the success stories of the people post here --- they are what gave me the encouragement and help to find answers to my own addiction.  I pray that you will find whatever it is you need in your own life to get clear of this horrible addiction.  I'm proud of you for searching - you will find answers here - --  keep posting.
