I agree with dirtydirk - your physical detox (the worst of it) will lessen in about 4 or 5 more days. But, as I said, this is a very dangerous time, as you already know, especially if you got (past tense) pills from a dealer. And remember, "just one" will get you back on that slippery slope.
You need to let the dealer know that you're done; no more calls - then delete the number. You have to take control now, even though you're feeling like crap. The longer the temptation is there, the more likely you are to relapse.
I can't say this enough - you are in a very dangerous place right now and need to get rid of the source. Now.

I don't have a script I usually get them from a dealer.  I don't want to go back to where I was at it just seems like it's going to be forever to be normal again.  I have had the thought of just one won't hurt so I can sleep but I haven't gone there yet.  my legs are killing me my back my head I feel like I'm having anxiety attacks. hoping this thing don't last too many more days.

First thing - do you still have access to pills? Do you have a script out there, or refills? Did you get your pills from a dealer?
I ask because right now you are in a very dangerous place IF pills are available. You have a few days ahead of you when your addict's mind will start screaming at you to get meds..."Just one won't hurt", "You've been through hell and you deserve a little rest", etc., etc.
So, I've got to be honest, if you can get pills you will (in my opinion) relapse.
Many have been through what you are experiencing. When I started ct two years ago I could not imagine my life without pills - impossible. Now I can't imagine why I waited so long to get clean. Living without meds is wonderful, and that's a promise.
Good luck.

Congratulations on your first day Bobby !!!
Most of us dont think we know how to cope without using a drug. But then we do it and realise the fear was worse than quitting.
Good luck : )

You'll find a lot of support on this forum.  I hope you're determined to quit forever.  If so, make sure to protect yourself, from yourself.  You'll relapse if you can easily get pills.  Cut your sources, flush the pills, tell your most loved-one(s) about your battle, hit-up this forum for tips to ease detox-week, and MOST importantly, have a plan for aftercare and staying-clean.  This is a lifetime commitment and journey.  Let's do this!!

You can do this I had a seven year addiction with Vicodin , and went c/t, if you truly want to stop it is doable, never give up life is more beautiful with out counting pills and being addicted to them. Good luck sweetie.
