Ready to do this thing...

O.K. I have been on 200mch of the fentanyl patch for the last 2 months and 100mch for the 5 months before that. Well my plan is on dec. 27th to stop c/t and I have taken off work until feb 1st or so. I have my families support and am ready to do this. I know its gonna suc*, I came off 60mg of methadone for almost 2 years so I know what I am in for. I have been told by many that the methadone wd's are a little worse than the fentanyl but I dont think it matters what it is they all suc* to detox from lol. anyways I wish all Happy Holidays and my next christmas will be a clean one...I have promised my kids and wife that.

I saw a bunch on here arguing about which wd is toughest.  You know.....meth, sub, trams.....all of them.  Someone then gave some of the wisest advice I have seen here.

The hardest wd to go through is the one you are going through!!!!  You're right buddy, no easy pass to this one.  I do like the attitude though, you are prepared and you have support.  All those things stack the odds in your favour.

1 more thing, I have an old nueroton(sp) script and was reading on here the other day that it does wonders for the rls at night to help get a little sleep. Just wondering if any1 else has had any luck with this? Thanks for any info.
