hi everyone
i am just asking if there is a good way of getting off n+ i have taken up to 75 in a day all at once i know this is not good i have a real problam any good advice

Hang in there. I was taking the same thing when I was living in NZ and I was able to taper off pretty successfully and semi-quickly. Just be firm with yourself. The good news is the withdrawal isn't as bad as with oxy, but it's still going to suck... Please do this though - if you're taking the kind of n+ with 200mg ibuprofen per pill, it's really going to do a number on your body over time... Best of luck.

I have been taking them for over 12 years and was on 60 a day at my worst. Yesterday was my first tablet free day and I did it by cutting down slowly. I am determined to stay off them and so far havent been experiencing any bad withdrawal symptoms. If you cut them down slowly you can wean yourself off them fairly painlessly but others find that hard to do so have to go cold turkey. It wouldnt be a good idea to come straight off that high amount without some kind of medical help.

tapering down would be good but u may need someone to hold them for u...u r chasing a high with a weak narcotic and this forum is a great place to be...taking 75 pills of anything sets an alarm off in our mind and inner self...just aint normal and we know it..glad u r quitting..keep posting///i beleive u r taking about 750 mg of codeine a day at that rate...which is do-able in comparison with other drugs...it must be frustrating and expensive to get that many pills per day and per week etc?  let it go...the forum is a great place to be for u right now

They dont really give you a buzz they just make you crave more
Go back over some of my old posts ..Se how i did it , im off them about a month now

You need to treat those just as you would any other narcotic. Look up the Thomas Recipe and the Amino Acid Protocols and read them. Then follow them.  The good news is that codeine presents the easiest withdrawal of any narcotic.
