Welcome to the forum.. as said above the symptoms last anywhere form 5 to 7 days depending on how much you were taking and what.. but after that is a unbelievable feeling of freedom from having to depend on a pill to feel well.. also the clarity of mind and emotion after awhile is awesome.. we never really know how much we have lost of ourselves till we quit.. Are you addicted to pills? What kind and how much were you taking and for how long? All of that makes a difference in determining whether or not your w.d will be hard or mild. With some people, w.d can last about 5-7 days, depending on ones addiction. Most addicts will tell you that days 3-4 are the worst then things start to look up. Some think days 1 and 2 are the worst and that it gets better with each day. Everyone is different.
