withdrawal

I have been using oxy IR15s and IR30s recreationally for  around 5 mouths now. At maximum i would use  250mg per week. Since i did not use the drug everyday i did not think i had a problem, Even up untill recently i would lay off the drug for 1 or 2 days at a time. Three days ago i decided to stop using the the drug after i seen the changes it had began to make to my everyday life. The first day without the drug was no problem, the second day without the drug was unlike any other second day in the past. i had an upset somach, cold/hot sweats, and last night i hardly got any sleep. This morning was also kinda rough. At this time i have no appetite. I am still thankful that i have not thrown up yet, although i do have diarrea.I was wanting to know how long these withdrawal symptoms will last and is there anything i can do to help out with them?

As the others said, days 3-4 are the worst for the phsyical WD's. How are you feeling now? Any better? I sure hope so!

Run away from the pills and never, ever turn back!! Unlike you, I lived to use, and used to live. I had to have pills at any cost. I was both mentally and physically addicted.

Stay strong, Good Luck!!!

I very much appreciate both your comments. I do not know if the symptoms  would go away or not if i used the drug again, but i dont want to find out. the last thing i want is to have a dependance for a drug. I realize that if this is withdrawal and i use again it starts all over again. by the way this evening i have felt  a little better. I hope my arms and legs are not as restless as they was last night so i can get some sleep. im glad to hear ur physical wd  was olny 3-4 days after using that much of the drug. ive read horror stories on here of it lasting months

Time to stop now cos this stuff doesnt get any better
sounds like wds..or u coulda had the flu
did it get better when u used again?
at ur dose and time of use..it would prob last a few days tops.
The physical wd for me after 5 yrs at 100 mg plus per day was 3-4 days.
It is do-able and u may feel flu-like for a few days...staying clean is harder for most

keep posting and get on off that stuff before it gets to be harder and harder to stop
