Plz can someone help. I have been a user for many years. I used. To use citric when injecting heroin but I was on a methadone course and I relapsed and starting snorting heroin again. IWhen I  was kicked off my method one and stupidly decided to inject again as snorting was not effecting me or helping as I had no methodone. I was at a friends house and she used lemon juice and said it did same as citric . I have now been left with a hole the seize of a 50 p piece and each day its getting deeper. I'm so afraid to go to hospital but not sure where to turn for advise. Could I maybe email a picture of the wound to one of your nurse to get advise if I can treat it? I've never been on these sites so nt sure how it works. Can anyone help plz thanks.

You REALLY need to go to the ER NOW!!!!  

Believe me they have seen it all and can help you. You risk horrible results if you don't.
