Co-Codamol have Codine and Paracetamol in them, and as Codine is technically an opiate type drug they are highly addictive. I have been on the for (as I recently found out) 8 years(GP was surprised this hadn't been picked up earlier( this is the UK though)), anyway back on track, the ones I was taking were 30/500Mg, and yes have caused me some issues, not so much to the liver or kidney, however to my mental health(I believe). I also up until recently was taking anything between 10 and 14 per day, however had decided to cut the down, always with medical supervision as these are as mentioned addictive. anyway I had in three months gone from the 10-14 a day down to two a day, this is the but.
Yesterday I took an overdose of these pain killers, not really sure why but I did, I popped 16 or 18(really cant remember) and ended up in A&E and on the NHS crisis list. My point is get off the bloody things now while you can control the effects, the longer you are on them the worse it will be coming off of them. see your Dr and get a plan in action, if they are not prescribed speak to your Pharmacist and get there assistance, but I would strongly advise that you see your Dr ASAP.
Good Luck!!!

I don't know of either of those drug names and can't find them in my medical dictionary. What do they contain?
