You asked if there would be any adverse affects on your body?

ummm-yes!! especially your brain. that is the part of our body it affects the most. and of course your liver that has to process it everyday.

in time you will find with the opiates that when you are coming down from them that you are getting depressed and they fix that right up.
also you will feel more and more unmotivated to do anything, sluggish, exhausted.

you mentioned that you are funtioning pretty well and 'normal' on them. that is an easy one. it is when you do not  take them, can you funtion pretty well and normal?

try not taking them for a couple of days. if you find yourself feeling pretty sick and depressed than you are addicted to them. the longer you are addicted the harder it is to get off them. huh- trust me, it #ucks~!!!

So are you wanting to quit and get off this merry-go-round?
Dihydrocodeine  is an opiate. Withdrawals last about 5-7 days. Near the top right of page is the Health Pages. Look at the Thomas recipe and the Amino Acid Protocol. These can help you through the withdrawals and after. The tough part will be staying away from it the rest of your life.

You can do this!

what is df118? i have chronic back pain and never heard of it. i am guessing it is hydrocodone?

so you are in the same spot i was? cannot funtion well, normal without them?

with my back, i just had to come to grips and quit the job i had. my back just couldn't handle it. you want to get clean of everything? then you are probably gonna have to make some changes. cause like with me, you still have the pain thing going on after you quit and back to where you started. 'how do i do all this with no drugs?'
