Four Days

Well it's been 4 days off pills, and I swear it feels like a month.  I had a pretty productive day today.  Went to my regular 6AM meeting, exercised, hung out with my daughter, and worked on my bedroom.  I sell on E-Bay and my room and house look like a warehouse I have so many boxes and so much inventory.

I got a large shipment today of alot of different things that I can sell.  Organizing everything is the problem.  Our house is only 1200 SF.

I'm feeling better, but still not sleeping very well.  I tried the Seroquel one night, and that was not good at all.  I've stopped using any Valium for the WD's.

I'm glad I found this site and the people on it.  I feel for all the people suffering with these wretched addictions.

Hey congrats on making it to 4 days you should be past the worst of it no it becomes a mental battle ...hook up with some sort of aftercare it is vital to long term sobriety it will teach you the skills and give you the tools and overall will make this whole prosess much ezer

Hang in there you doing all the right things, staying busy, exersiseing, and not using! Things will be up and down for awhile but keep at it.
