im coming off low dose perks 15 mgs im in my 8th day of 10mgs..do you find your memory messed up from a detox? or anything to be related to your opiate?? I cant rember nothing. seems like I had this happen before when CT from methadone.

how are you doing, my fog is lifting  a bit at day 13. I worked on my craft projects until  midnight last night and genuinely enjoyed it. Hope your days are getting better.

It is better to accept the facts without worrying about them. Anxiety leads to more anxiety and that may hamper the progress of getting healthy. It is just a matter of time when things will start making sense. Have patience. Slow and steady will help you win the race. No matter what time will heal you. have patience and keep working towards a better life, some new skills and stay occupied with good.

Scatterbrained.. That's what I've been calling myself. I'm 128 days out and it's gotten a lot better, but I still have my moments. As Jlannspr said the first month was the hardest. I was forgetting to do little things at work or I'd walk away from the computer without finishing. It will get better, just don't beat yourself up cause it'll make it worse. Everyone here is full of knowledge when it comes to what supplements can help.
