Scatterbrained.. That's what I've been calling myself. I'm 128 days out and it's gotten a lot better, but I still have my moments. As Jlannspr said the first month was the hardest. I was forgetting to do little things at work or I'd walk away from the computer without finishing. It will get better, just don't beat yourself up cause it'll make it worse. Everyone here is full of knowledge when it comes to what supplements can help.
