i am a patient who finished a de toxe from buprenorphine two days ago I have been unable to eat cant even swallow water i an sick please help

WELCOME AND CONGRATS ON GETTING CLEAN... I too was on subutex for a 1 and 1/2 and decided to jump off at .2 milg cold turkey the first 5-7 days were the worst but day 8 and on, wasn't so bad just little energy but here are some things that helped me through that might help you. (muti-vitamins,St.johns wort,Valerian Root,melatonin for sleep, anything B-12 for energy you can find all of these things at GNC they are herbal suppliments also wallmart has a whey protien shake mix with all the amino acids in it you need for faster recovery for about 16 bucks. and drink lots N lots of water and excersize really helps get you better quick. here is a link that might help you out with what type of things you need for your specific WD symptoms they are all amino acids that will help you out .GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS YOU.you can do this stay strong keep your head up. You need to force yourself to drink. You'll be horribly sick if you don't! It's the number one cause of intense withdrawal symptoms.

Call your doctor and ask for some clonidine which is a b/p med that helps a lot.  How many mgs did you jump off at??

Got to force to at least eat something also keep plenty water or gator aid and most of all you have to drink something cant live very long with out water is different story you need it so its very important that you atleast try to drink something ensure or gatorade.
