I just read this post and am not sure how helpful my response will be now...but, I am a week off snorting percocet and oxy contin now and feel fantastic!  i hear ya tho on the sinus and nose pain, even your eyes.  I will tell you what helped me, right or wrong it WORKED for me, with of course the will power and the want to quit it.  I took DXM cold pills (2 every 2hrs) with pseudoephederine in it (this helps with the nose and eyes), also took two Benedryl every 2hrs (antihistamine helps with the itchies, creepy crawly skin, restlessness etc.), took gravol 2 every 4hrs for nausea, took sleeping pills (that I am rx'ed throughout the day...I know I know you should only take them at bedtime, but if you can sleep your way thru the worst of the first three days your good!) and finaly I still had a couple of percocet (or your narco of choice) that I took in halves only when I NEEDED something for pain (I have chronic pain which doesnt go away just because I wanted to quit taking narcos up my damn nose!).  Here's the thing, everyone does it their own way on their own time.  I did it this way and I went from snorting 12-24 percocets a day and how ever many oxy's I could afford to get whenever I could find them and as i am sitting here right now typing this I can tell you it has been 1 week since I stopped snorting and I have taken a half a percocet at 10am and a half at 8pm!!!  I may need another half before I go to bed but that would only be 1.5 percocet ALL DAY!!  I feel good, don't get me wrong I am still stopped in my tracks a couple times a day with those gut wrenching cramps and multiple trips to the potty, but it beats multiple trips for a line!  If you need you can take immodium for that too.  Anyway I hope this helps you with your recovery.  And just so you know I wasn't actively using them the wrong way for a little while I have been on and off misusing my narcos for 6 years, nevermind the drug issues i had before I found narcos.  I did it, you can too!!

I really dont have any personal experience with snorting/nose pain with these. I just crushed and chewed mine orally. I know there are others here though that have snorted and had the nose pain, although Im not sure what/if anything in particular helped them with that pain. HOpefully they will sign on soon and see your post and help you out. Try doing a search on this website . THere is a box you can type in keywords. Try typing in nose pain or snorting and make sure its in the "check this forum" only box and it should pop up some old posts relating to that subject. Until then, I really dont know what to tell you..possibly just do warm water nasal rinses- maybe that will soothe your nose a little, or maybe AYR nasal spray which is just saline solution. Maybe motrin or tylenol too.

glad you made your way here.. i think you said in you other post (different forum) that you were sniffing oxy, right?  I know theres quite a few here that have snorted their oxy so youre not alone. Most of us here have abused pain pills and the WD is pretty much the same whether you ingested or snorted the pills. My DOC was vicodin.  Prepare yourself for the body pains, diarrhea and insomnia. G et some Immodium or pepto, advil/motrin for the pains.  How long were you on the oxy for ?
