You need to delete their phone numbers. If they call you...you tell them you're done. It's not that hard believe me. You have to close all the doors!!
And btw even if you're feeling weak - if you're NOT using than you're stronger than you think. :)
GOOD!! Read it a million times if you have to - the craving will pass - they say the average craving lasts around 30 minutes so find something to do with that time and it will go away. Hang in there and stay strong!

The decision is pretty simple - you have to want to be clean more than you want to use. Which do you want more???? p.s. and btw I'm pretty sure those "connections" you talk about couldn't care less about YOU. So why do you want to "help" them by handing over your hard-earned cash only to feel AWFUL about that tomorrow? Just something to think about.
