is anyone else going through opiate withdraw super sensitive to the touch?

The only daytime issue i seem to have is when my nephew or my dogs or cats touch my skin. It almost sends me into a panic attack of which i've never had one but its the only way i can describe it. I try not to show my nephew how much it bothers me because hes only 4 1/2 but it just shoots right through me. Anyone else gone through something like this is it normal how long might it last any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Its just a phase my friend, I went through the same thing with my dog. Just couldn't bare to be bothered or touched. Its due to all your senses peeking at once, it does level off with the dreaded word time. Hang tight my friend, your doing amazing, ;)

This is normal. Be aware of shower the first time it hit me I thought I was crazy. One thing that helps is if you don't like what you are feeling right now wait 5 minutes and then something else happens. You both are doing GREAT. Hang in there it does get better.

I get the energy crash at night but no sleep no sleep is fine with me and mood swings but only anger is what i feel when the pendulum swings but oh well i brought all this on myself but thanks for the words this place does help. Keep up the fight.

I think I can relate to this and I would blame it on just being irritable. I myself am extremely irritable I'm on day 6 coming off of 110mg cold turkey. Dude I am irritable as hell. To the point I don't even want anyone standing by me ! I'm not sure how long it will last but I've been told physical ills last anywhere between 10 to 14 days. ..then we get to look forward to an energy crash. I feel your pain and frustration. Every one here is so helpful and if this didn't answer your question someone else will read soon and answer it for you.take care matt
