Sub user for 5+ years

I am looking for robert325 (or I hope that's correct). After being only a reader on this site for years, I've decided it's time to once and for all find a successful way to taper. He seems genuinely concerned and knowledgeable while being positive. I have scared myself silly reading everyone's posts, which I need to move on from. I've been on and off of suboxone since 2007. I've gotten down from 16mgs to 4mgs. With the help of a new doctor.  I haven't been able to get lower. Think I do it too soon therefore feeling like crap. If someone can help me locate Robert I would be so very grateful!

Im sorry, Robert is no longer around, however there are plenty of people who can help you! I used to hover around this site also. I too, have been on subs for over 5 years. I started on 16mg, and have gotten down to .33/day without any symptoms. I have always just listened to my body. I would lower my dose, and if i felt like crap I would take a small peice to even things out. You can do it. I think a lot more has to do with your mind. As you get lower, you will feel better and better!!!! You can do this!!!!
