I tryed to cold turkey yesterday and took a xanax and it made my twiches worse. whats up with that. So I had to take a perc to calm down.
You two can help each other right now. Encourage and chat,share what is going on with each other and it will help knowing someone else is going through the same thing as you right now. We are here also.
don't give up for just one pill keep on hanging on through this mess. I am here to listen. Mike
have you ever taken xanax before? It shouldn't make you twitch worse? maybe without it you would of really went crazy....try not to take anymore perc's, its going to be bad hon but i know you want it and i know your strong enouph to do it.
