took last perc on wensday sept sept 30 feel crappy don.t feel like eating

just read your other post sorry. i know for me day 2 and 3 were the worst all i did was cry and read everything on this site i could. but evertday gets alittle better i am on day 7 and feel great would like a bit more energy though. try eating somthing get some good protein in your body force youself to move alittle even streching that helped me alot hot showers saved me! just rememder you want your life back getting thoses demons out of your life is worth a few more days of felling like **** but your almost there dont give up and keep posting the people here are wonderful

Hello, Are you addicted to the opiates (percocets). You are having withdrawls from the narcotics. What you can do is stay focused and try to stay calm. Honestly exercise as soon as you can. You natural endorphins will kick in and help with the cravings. Don't continue taking them. You still have a few more days left of feeling yucky. Depending on how much you were taking will detemine how bad you will withdraw. You can do it. Hang in there.

need more info how many how long its been 2 days your in the middle of the worst part you must eat! hot showers hang in there we have all been through it
