Kylie-
Good to hear you're doing so well! Thanks for posting. It definitely helps those of us still struggling.
Keep on keeping on.
Congrats on those 30 days! amazing milestone! I had no clue about trams until I joined MH either! way to go!!!
Congratulations! Thank you for giving me hope to keep plugging along!
Congratulations!! You should be extremely proud of yourself. It takes courage and discipline to do that! I pray one day I can also be clean.
Congrats on your 30 days, I thought nothing of Trams before joining this community. My sister dropped them and was lucky not to feel to bad, so I thought they were easy to kick, how wrong I was!!! Your doing amazing my friend, keep it up and way to go, ;)))
Congratulations Kylie.....so happy to hear you are feeling good; keep it up :))
I am in awe...Before my cousin had a run in with Trams I thought that they were like Norco, etc. Boy, was I wrong. His brief Tram use really messed him up; the detox was horrible.
So, I have to admire you. May congrats for what you've done and what you're doing. Now on to 60, 90, ......

Congrats Kylie!!! I have a good friend on here who came off of many years of Trams and I know it isn't easy. You've come a long way! Keep it going. You're ready to help any new people who come on here looking to be free from Trams. Sharing your experience not only helps others but it helps you in return.
