Since you already have made the jump, I'd say keep it going. Even a doctor will tell you though, Suboxone should be tapered to nothing very slowly. What someone said above about going to less than 2mg is great advice. With the jump you've taken, try not to go back. Give it about 2 weeks tops and I would say that the symptoms you're having will at the very worst, be tolerable. If after 2 weeks the symptoms haven't subsided one bit and it's effecting your everyday life, then get with your doctor and come up with a plan. Good luck.

thats a ninja detox kfred, you will be ok, it will take a while, thats great you are going to meetings
i have a journal on wd, it may help answer your question,
By the way I am on day 175 or so without subs or anything else. Good luck my friend.
As much as I want to tell you to hang in there, I gotta say, its gonna be rough. How long were you on Subs? That's the key. If you have been on for more than three months, my personal opinion is that you go back to the doctor (assuming he or she knows their stuff) and you get back on in a controlled manner and wean yourself down to 2 mg a day. Then get to a crumb or two a day (less than 1mg) for at least a week or two. Then once you are fully prepared and stocked with all the things you will need to ease withdrawals, then jump off completely. You have made it to the first step! You recognize you have to quit!!!!! But man, unless you are a lot tougher than me (not difficult) you have approached this whole thing with the deck stacked against you. BUT I am not a doctor. I am speaking from my own personal experience and from what I have learned from others mostly on this website! I strongly encourage you to speak to a qualified physician on this subject.
it was only a Sunday and Monday... going to meetings but trying to get off the Sub
You jumped off at 12 mgs ??????? That is most likely is going to be quite bad. I am hoping someone that has jumped off a high amout will answer.Hang in there
