Can you advise?

I have a friend who is supposed to be on methadone. She also takes 2-3 clonzopines and oxy 40s when she can get them. She is probably about to be kicked out of  the methadone clinic because they have found evidence of these other drugs in her system, as well as marijuana. I'm afraid she will have a heart attack or something. She has some extremely bad health issues as well. Can you advise please?

Hi!  She definitely needs to see a doctor......one outside the methadone clinic.  They are going to probably let her go anyway.

Your friend has a complicated situation that is really beyond the scope of this forum...

She definitely needs to be under a doctor's care.  Opiates and benzos are a dangerous combination;they ,in combination,cause serious respiratory depression.

Get your friend to an urgent care clinic to be evaluated.

Let us know how she is...
