I write in a journal almost everynight to get my thoughts out and organized. I have used xanax here and there to mild my extremely anxious times. For 90% of the past 4 years, I have discovered my own therapies without medicine. It feels great. Stay strong.

can i lend your brain lol i get scared doin the housework although today i have done a lot and strange as it sounds i feel proud of myself i also took my dog for a walk yesterday and today (something i haven done in a long time) yeah i had the tight chest etc etc but i made it!!!
