Do you have the need to deep breath as well ? if so how long have you had this ? does it cause your chest muscles to hurt because of straining to do so ?
well jan 29 i had a full blown panic attack ended up in the er , heart was 148 bpm and that was after i calm down some , they did all sorts of test to rule out blood clots , im so scared still , i ache all over im thinking its from my panic attack and it has made my muscles sore , i have an appointment with a psychiatrist for next week ,
As for all my blood work everything came back well into the normal range , im healthy except for this breathing thing and anxiety ...

Have you been under a lot of stress lately? Do you have a history of anxiety? Anxiety can cause all sorts of symptoms that tend to bother us, in my experience with it. You said that you won't take the medication because of side effects you have read online....be careful when doing that because you literally can find anything online that would make you afraid to even drink a glass of water. As with any medication, there are pros vs. cons with them...for me they have been a very useful tool when I was going through this. The most important step in my opinion, is to confront your anxiety...learn about it through counseling if you can. As with any challenge, the more you know about it, it becomes less daunting to confront.
It sounds like you need to get in to see an Endo Dr for your thyroid. If the levels are low it can cause depression and anxiety. Your family Dr probably just checked your TSH. You need to ask for that test plus FT3, FT4 and antibodies.
