get your doctor to help taper off of it i did it was painless and i did not withdraw from it :)
Never w/d from a powerful benzo like Klonopin unless you are under the guidance and supervision of a doctor who is well versed in psych med w/d.
Your dose may have been low, but more importantly was how long you were on it. When you say "years," it is going to take the receptors in your brain a very long time to literally "wake up" and take back their job, which the Klonopin has been doing for them.
Your mantra?
SLOW
Peace

First stop, your doctor. Let them know your plans and they will guide you in the best way to safely reduce your dose in order to come off. It can be a long process in order to not feel any effects but in time you will be able to be free of it. Good Luck
